1. Delivery of Services

All deliverables from NebulaCraft Design, including design files, website access, code, branding documents, and SEO reports, are delivered digitally and electronically.

• Delivery Method: Deliverables are typically transferred via secure digital means, such as email, cloud storage services (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox), or by providing direct access/credentials to your hosting or content management system (CMS).

• No Physical Shipment: We do not ship physical packages, documents, or media (CDs, USB drives, etc.).

2. Timelines and Delays

Delivery timelines for project milestones are established within your specific project proposal and agreement.

• Estimated Delivery Times: These are estimates and are subject to change based on the factors outlined in our Terms & Conditions (Section 4.1), including client responsiveness, scope changes, and revision cycles.

• Launch: Final delivery (project launch) occurs only after the final payment installment is successfully received.

3. Client Access and Credentials

​

 

In accordance with our Terms & Conditions (Section 2.3), you are responsible for providing us with the necessary access and credentials (hosting, domain, etc.) required to complete and deliver the digital work.
